• Commission deliveries are solely through digital files. The buyer recognizes that no physical goods will be distributed.

  • By default, the buyer will receive one (1) .png OR .gif file of their commission. By request, a .psd file can also be provided for no additional charge.

• Commission prices are in USD only.

  • Buyers should preemptively account for any possible conversion charges. 

​

• Payments will be made through Paypal only.

  • All payments are made through invoice to ensure that the buyer will have full access to Payment Protection. 

​

• Full Payment is expected at time of purchase. 

  • Payment plan options become available when the total balance exceeds $80+. Specifics will be discussed at time of purchase. 

​

• For waist-up, customs, and fullbody commissions, an additional charge may be added for highly detailed designs. This will be discussed before payment. 

​

• For a 20% surcharge, the buyer can request a NSFW option for any commission. 

​

• When sharing commissioned artwork, the buyer agrees to credit the artist at all times. 

​

• Commissions are generally expected to be for personal use. Intent to use commissioned artwork commercially may lead to an increase of price. 

​

• Refunds are available up to 30 days after purchase or until the first sketch is sent to the buyer for approval, whichever comes first. 

​

• The artist retains the right to reject a commission on any basis- however, I will draw whatever is within the scope of my abilities.
